I find it amusing that another two posters (both Kenky and Sotaris) are just happy to flame me... yet they have started zero threads in the housing forum to address any of the issues.

It's almost as if they have nothing to contribute and want to flame others that do...

ok I'll bite. I don't make threads cause most issues is already being discussed, therefor I comment rather than making threads on same issues cause that's not really construtive and just ends up being spams.

Now may I remind you this is a discussion forum and when I see not very favorable posts by someone, I'll comment on it. It's not my fault 99% of your "ideas to improve the housing" is not very good and is rightfully open for critic.
