YoshiP emphasized a better reward system coming with the new PvP mode in Endwalker. No one has been satisfied with the amount or quality of PvP rewards, even those placing among the top 100 every season. They heard the complaints, just have to wait to see if they can deliver.

The amount of rewards and stuff over 2 years isn't really impressive. Why not a cheerleader minion for each race? And while kind of lazy reskin of pvp mounts and maybe use the mounts from rival wings all stuff in the game. Also sad they added that one set this expansion but no weapons to go with it.

Lol, how about No on this? With all the Wintrading happening in this game, the exclusive PvPaissa club as well as certain other individuals have gotten more than enough already. Better burn ranked games with the torch and let it die for good, so that we can get something decent for once for PvP.

A better reward system doesn't give me Hellhounds.
I don't care. I won't put a foot on the feast or whatever replaces it till i can get a Hellhound. Be it by being the very top player on the whole datacenter or collection 10 million wolf collars at a 1 million wolf marks each. But as long as is locked, no PvP mode is worth anything anymore never.

Restructure ALL of the PvP reward systems, unlock the previous seasonal rewards.

Besides, chances are, the new PvP is to the Feast what Rival Wings was to the Frontlines: A bad idea.

If you want the TOP 100 REWARDS. Get into the TOP 100 for the TOP 100 reward. It was A D V E R T I S E D as TOP 100 for a reason. Its for the hardcore pvpers who want hardcore exclusive rewards. Your either good enough to get it. Or bad enough to rant on forums making fun of the hardcore players who got it complaining to the devs to make it freely given.

Also the wintrader argument is invalid. You can easily report it and get them banned. How many people SELL ultimate clears and savage clears? Too many. More than Feast sellouts. How about you start with the bigger issue that you CANT TRACK. At least PVP feast traders are so obvious and bannable its hilarious. PVE traders are hard af to find cuz its all done behind the scenes with no player/player conflict/interaction like PVP.

Chief if you bothered to read the topic at all instead of immediately firing from the hip getting upset about people wanting the rewards, you'd see that most of the complaints are about the previous top 100 rewards being made permanently and unassailably unavailable *in addition* to the top 100-centric nature of them being passed out being a laughably bad system.

No other reward in the entire game is like that save for legacy rewards (which are also arbitrarily restricted), with a constant, never-ending stream of every meaningful PvE achievement since 2.0 becoming increasingly more trivial due to unsync, potency and system changes, new powerful jobs, etc., etc

Is PvP crap? That's a separate conversation, but most of the ire is that the reward structure continues to have some of the most holy rewards with exclusivity periods now stretching into half a decade instead of having a system by which some of that stuff becomes available at *any point whatsoever*, in *any form whatsoever*, preferably to have made Feast worth engaging with below a 'top 100' level of proficiency.

The point of the top 100 reward, is to win a trophy for getting into the top 100. If you missed your shot at that trophy, its your loss.
What makes those rewards so "holy" is the fact they are exclusive. If you give everyone them they lose their value defeating the purpose of making them in the first place.

Some people say pvp rewards have no value, they are not worth earning. PvP needs something to motivate people to do it. Well those top 100 rewards do so. People want them, but they don't want to put the work into earning them. That's your fault.

Also to the OG of the thread. This is a company. They were ADVERTISED as TOP 100 Rewards. Think about that for a second. If you have any wits, you will know the danger.
