Please add a BLU roulette and give BLU more love

i've been enjoying my time during this content lull by playing a lot of blue mage. i love it. i'm typically a melee main but blue mage has got to be my favorite caster. i love the lore/class fantasy, i love the rotation, everything.

i've gotten all 3 titles from azulmagia/siegfried/gogo, and now i'm working on getting more of my log done for the titles. however, getting groups for certain duties can be a pain in the balls. i've resorted to joining the blue academy discord (which i highly recommend for anybody interested in any and all things BLU) and getting groups there.

now this works, but, it'd be nice if there were like, blu log roulettes for arr, hw, and sb. i think the role issue could be solved if there were also something like a main weapon that swapped your role from dps/healer/tank so you can just queue as that.

and as an aside, i've been helping friends through MSQ stuff as blue, and it's fun. but just yesterday i realized i was nearing the end of the line when we did castrum fluminis. waiting another 7-8 months until 6.1 for them to expand blu for use in shadowbringers content is gonna be agonizing.

I definitely think that more content needs to be opened to Blue Mages. I mean, they're in the game. I understand that they can never be balanced to be a regular class, but, at the same time, I can't justify leveling one until there's more to do with them.

I like this in concept, but I don't like how this will just end with an absurdly long list of prerequisites OR 3 blus with only water jet getting matched with me.

I could see this being a pretty cool unlock with the level 80 tier of job quests for blu and all blu spells up to that point as a way to chip away at the blu log.

I don't think queueing as a tank/healer/dps is a good idea, though. This is something that needs to be worked out amongst the blus present, with adjustments made to Manipulation to permit blus to change their role within after they collectively make a decision.

They could treat spells like item levels or something. Maybe require either a total of learned spells or specific numbers on the list (1-35, 50-80, etc) to be able to queue into certain instances via the roulette, and unlocking more queueable content by learning more spells. Just an idea. I don't see there being a way to enforce required or ideal loadouts though. That has the potential to be messy. Just because someone has the spells doesn't mean they know how to use them or have them equipped at all.
