May not be identical, nor meant to be at the moment, but here is the idea that came when looking into the OP's character. Obvious draft to get posture and idea of what they are looking for. Since they didn't detail style or aspect of really what they want, I just went with an idea while they had to endure what they did and if they maybe lurking in their thread still.

Your approach and perspective to the whole thing was a really refreshing thing to see. I have a lot of respect for the politeness and positivity you provided while others immediately went on the offense. Also your art is very cute! I adore the style!

I'm nervous to ask but, can anyone please draw my character?
I wish I was an artist myself but my talents fall short in that department.
I love this outfit so much it's the only thing my char wears.

Alright, I'm not begging someone for free art, I left that option open to anyone that was willing to do it and maybe offer me a price as to how much they would like to do it for, I mean I would definitely be happy to pay for your time and efforts. But, its also my fault for not making it clear.

On a side note I want to thank the people who weren't rude and gave me a few pointers on where to start as I am new on where to go for these requests.

It is not your fault normally an artist has their own set price or it is an discussion between the artist and client. Putting money on the table as the client before we have spoken about what it you want done is something I would never want or expect as the one doing the work.

The fault is with everyone that assumed the worse.

I don’t assume. That is why communication is key. In this situation there would be an exchange and both parties would give terms.
