As much as i like the shadowless set, if only because it’s the closest thing to an ascian set, like you said yeah. We need some actual ascian robes. The shadowless set is role locked and just feels like a shoddy bootlegged version of the real deal. I was really hoping the end of expansion glam for ShB would be our own robes but we didn’t get anything so :c

The caster/healer hats over hoods or even that neat little Hades crown version maiming/fending get... so disappointing.

Personally, I'm hoping for a Hydalyen Ascian robe equivalent. And with it looking similar enough to the Ascian robes that if its dyable you could basically dye the outfit to look like one.

I love Emet-Selch as a character but I'd be lying if I said his character design, especially his weird dress, does anything for me lol. Apparently they designed him to look as little like FFXV's Ardyn as possible, which kinda sucks because I think Ardyn got the better design between the two of them..
