And where exactly are you getting that? Was the OP sitting with the other player in the same room or possesses ESP to be able to read the other player's mind? The only thing they had was that they said something in chat and there wasn't a reply. There are any number of things that could explain that. The OP got mad they didn't get a reply, but nobody is required to speak in chat. The mature thing wouldn't be to throw out a passive aggressive comment about being ignored and instead just leave it alone and get through the run. And definitely don't throw out a passive aggressive comment and then come here complaining about other people being toxic when their passive aggressiveness sets someone off.

it's a multiplayer game where people play with each other to go through dungeons, raids etc where communication can go a long way
to me, ignoring someone that's directly talking to me is bad manners, especially when a simple "no" or "don't care" wouldn't have resulted in the OP's passive aggressive observation /shrug

You have absolutely no proof that someone is ignoring you just from their not replying in chat. It could be as simple as someone is playing on controller and doesn't have a keyboard. Or they may not have seen it.
