new limited job, something like beast tamer or puppet master

Many things I agree has been posted already so I will up vote them and say this instead:
I want to be able to get old pvp feast rewards, I'm ok with the current season exclusivity to 100 players for a season or 2 but when a season has pass 1-2 new seasons they should allow to players get older rewards somehow, they can be expensive, they could take a lot of time but they need to be accessible, it's absurd how not only they are limited by numbers but for time too specially considering the mafia around feast.
To have all healing spells turned into ogcds and healers be given a proper rotation. My biggest wish is higher skill ceiling gameplay with skill based gatekeeping for endgame stuff, thus incentivizing players to improve in order to experience the entire story. This would create moments of accomplishment and pride similar to 2.x coils, and has yet to be matched. I know this won't happen, but I wish it did. Runner up would be savage raids that actually had a big map and checkpoints, maybe dynamic encounters between bosses. Not just trash, but interesting team focused puzzles or something. Third runner up would be in-game help for newbies. Example maybe the game notices the tank body pulled so a moogle pops up that says "maybe try tomahawk, kupo!" What's yours?
Force? We are already forced into spamming two buttons on GCD to clear raids.
If you are talking about dungeons then you are wrong. DPS and tanks don't need to do their rotation correctly to clear them. Lazy healers can keep being lazy and only use their ogcds heals. No one is forced there and raiding becomes more fun, everyone is happy.

I don't play healers so take what I have to say about it with grain of salt. Coming from a dps player.
What would make healer cool to me, is each healer has a style that players could enjoy.
A range healer who is encourage not to dps, but the heals give bonus to party members to make up for it. Party members lose bonus if you dps. This for the typical players who want to sit back and heal.
A dps healer, that has a damage rotation and it heals the party members. For the dpsers like me who want to support and dps at same time.
Ast being a mix of the two. Depending on what card they pull. They have to change gameplay style up.
I mean like I said that seems neat, but prob hard to balance and people who like healer would prob think Im out of my mind.

Yes, and this is already not a good class/job design IMHO. But forcing the healers from a two-button-rotation into a more-than-two-button-rotation is not really an impovement, IMHO. They will become basically a dps job. The same happened to tanks. A tank is a dps job with more aggro generation.
Cheers
How is it not an improvement? As it is they’re already dps jobs, the green dps isn’t even a meme at this point. You barely heal in content as it is. At least giving them a dps rotation would be rewarding. It’s the unfortunate circumstances of them giving in to the dps meta and having everything revolve around dps dps dps. It became apparent when they said they’ll always release a dps every expansion. That seems to be all they care about and then they just simplify tanks and healers because they can’t be bothered to actually address them.Yes, and this is already not a good class/job design IMHO. Sigh, again the discussion derailing to healing problems.
Everyone in this game is a dps with a gimmick because the encounters are designed as such.
If you want healers to only heal, then make encounters do deal significantly more damage every second (Like soft enrages in savages)
Because now you just throw an ogcd heal every 15 secs or and come back to spamming 2111112111121111211121111
