I do not know the real circumstances and why the GMs don\\'t working.

But why don\\'t you go to the police? In my country its an illegal act to stalk and to send deaththreads. They could easily force Square Enix to hand out all information.

Depends on the area, country and in my case state. Cops around here? Would not care at all, and just calling them they get annoyed and just act like you are a bother. So I could very much see why some don't.


On this topic at hand, I'm not sure why it happen...as my wife said she dealt with a stalker, and I blew up on the forums at people who was calling her every negative thing in the book saying she was asking for it, and or she was cheating on me and it blew up on her. I talked with a GM afterwards and we got it all cleared up, and even though I broke forum rules for being upset. They saw just how badly people was treating us and was understanding. And because of that, I not broke any rules since.

So most of the times GMs are pretty reasonable well back during heavenward. Not sure what happen here, but I wish you luck.

Because you got the short end of the stick and got a bad gm? If what you are saying is true.

It is. Every detail I have given is true, and nothing relevant was left out. This is a seriously flawed system.

I'm not sure you were given a penalty for the vote kick here and now; rather it might have been applied long ago and you are just now aware of it.

For the situation at hand, keep reporting it. Every time it happens.

Then, as suggested, get to know your country/states laws regarding internet harassment and build up whatever evidence might be needed.

Worst case, call GM the next time it happens and if the GM is inactive, ask them point blank "In the state/country I live in, the harasser has violated the law X by doing Y. If this is something you can not resolve, do I need to get law enforcement involved?" Don't make a threat of it, but do include any relevant screenshots or exchanges with SE staff.

Also, you will never know what happens to your harasser. They will never give you information about action taken, or investigations ongoing. They just accept your information and move on with it. If one day your harasser magically disappears, most likely your call was the reason why.

Just told me, after a YEAR? Pulled me into mordion gaol, out of nowhere...I was in the midst of gathering almond seeds on an alt..and suddenly 'hey talking to gm in gaol now' if they couldn't tell me within a year? Something is seriously seriously wrong.

I would assume that it's simply a case of bad wording from the GM and that you were likely flagged over the NN kick.

SE's in game GMs can be wildly erratic in how they deal with reports and hand out punishments accordingly. It's a fairly safe assumption that the drivel spouting sprout reported you after the kick and you got unlucky with the GM that picked up the ticket.

If you're being honest about not abusing vote kick, I can't see what else it can be. Mistaken identities are one thing that doesn't happen at least.

The sprouts I have kicked posts white supremacy, made death threats in privates along with threats to packet sniff my location, demanded to know if I have a wife and kids, demanded my address, said 'dox' will get them, and other such thing. Another one I kicked a few times was for posting racial slurs, and nazi propaganda. Other kicks include 'blatant trolling (ie ranting about how everyone who plays this is a weeb and consoles are for poor people anyone who can't pc should uninstall) among other insults, and other, far worse things. The mentors I have kicked...deliberate misinformation, trolling, attacking people, openly telling people to use third party programs, every kick I've ever made can draw to terms of service.

Clearly the GM ypu got felt otherwise. Unfortunately not much you can do regarding the strike expect come to terms with it or stop playing.

Reports on vote kicking. SMH. So ridiculous that anyone could receive any kind of punishment for such an innocuous action.

What? Vote kicking is not an innocuous action. I have reported many premade groups and random people for vote kicking willy nilly. They are wasting my time by forcing me to queue again for the dungeon so in the time I am waiting for my queue to pop up again I write the reports. It is only fair. You didn't bother to talk and neither will I, you reached out to another person to back you up to go through with the kick, I will do the same and kick you from the game.
