    I think tattoos in general would be cool.

    Are we talking in the exact same place?

    Would it be only on characters made at that time?

    Honestly I display my Tattoo very infrequently (I like full coverage glamours) so I'm meh on it.

    Would be neat and a nice reward but you'd probably get a lot of people asking for it to just be available without the time restriction.

    Yes same place.
    Also i think it should be acount wide for all your characters.
