If they're full, get more servers or rent out some server space until you can get them.

Primal's Instance Servers just took a sh!t because everyone is trying to do Golden Saucer Gates that are instanced (Leap of faith) for make it rain along with other instances.

Gladly. If it's due to more players, then brilliant. That's a price worth paying if it means the game we enjoy is doing well.

Now it's up to Enix to seize the opportunity. Roll out more servers fast, make the game easier to purchase, jump on the goldmine.

This is getting ridiculous that you can't even login to play. On top of it they have the event that started so it's making it worse. SE better start getting new servers up like ASAP or they are going to start having a problem if people are having issues and can't play

I can't change my character's name because the server can't access my character's data on the login screen.

That sounds like the server crashed and everyone was trying to log back in at the same time. EU servers are mostly dead.

Umm I play on light DC and I can assure you the servers are far from dead my dude :/

I survived WoW launch with HOURS long queue times, so the complaints here are cute. Real cute.

Likewise for Chaos. We've been seeing a steady increase in the amount of sprouts running around for the past six months or so. It's not as congested as the US servers, perhaps, but I'm even getting into trial groups in the early hours of the morning with less than five minutes to wait as a DPS.

Yeah it's getting quite annoying. Like, I'm happy people are enjoying the game and all but I don't like sitting in queue for half of my free time. I really hope they solve this problem because it's just pure sadness. According to the square enix website all the eu servers are congested and that is not cool.

The login queue is kind of a quasi-cap. As there are always people logging into the game, they are also always logging out of the game. So the queue is kind of a way space out people getting into the server. So it doesn't get trampled at the stroke of 7pm kind of thing. Obviously the better decision long-term is just to increase capacity of how many can fit into the login queue at-once.

Lastly, YoshiP is well-aware, hence the multi-million dollar server investment he mentioned two weeks ago.
