Item disappeared and I can't find it?

Go to the NPC that sells the item, right click the item you bought and hit “search for item”, it’ll link it and tell you where it is, should you have it.

If you don’t have it, the next step is double check that you didn’t accidentally purchase a different ring.

the “search for item” shows 0 and same for the other rings and accessories besides for a bracelet which i already had

You don't need to go back to the vendor. Just type /isearch crypt and it'll give you a list of everything with that keyword in any of your inventories. Then you can search on the specific item to find out where it is.
