    its already shown more new stuff than Shadowbringers like new PvP mode,island sanctuary and even a new housing area

    They've yet to show anything of note in regards to what the new PvP mode is going to involve. The same can be said of the Island Sanctuary feature. For all we know it could be as 'deep' as the recently rereleased Diadem and involve clicking on a node every once in a while to make something happen. I want to know how it will compare to the likes of the Antiquities feature in Elder Scrolls Online. That comes with two minigames - scrying and excavating. Ishgard housing is neat, though part of what is expected of a new expansion.
