ive never touched TEA. would you say it’s a good introduction to harder areas of the game, or would I find it something best pursued after I have a grasp on that tier of difficulty?

Well it's an ultimate fight, but yeah I guess the first 2 mins is a good into into ultimate fights.

Well obvi ahah. Was moreso asking if it’s the best intro to that TIER of difficulty, or if looking to another, later ultimate might make more sense.

Well yeah, makes sense. Ultimates in general are daunting and I obviously want to learn via the route of extreme-savage-ultimate, but like. Once I get to ultimates I’m struggling to see which one would be best to tackle first ahah.

Ya know, I find Eden a massive step down from every raid we’ve ever gotten, story wasn’t as good as coils, the location wasn’t as impressive and immersive as Alex and the fights themselves weren’t as fun as omega even after the whole “trials formally known as raids” debacle.

O8 Savage is my favorite hands down, O9, O4, and O5 baring special mention. E8 was ok, and E11 was fun for a little while then got boring when everyone learned everything.

Yeah. Honestly, the first fight of the Eden raids was probably my favorite. It set the stage for some really good things, only to disappoint me. Shadowkeeper was fun too, but that's about it for me. It's a shame. The series could have been great. I'll probably do the Savages later in Endwalker for the glamour and mounts, but sadly those were the best parts.
