I chose the Twin Adder option for the A Realm Reborn storyline, so I only have the trials for Ifrit, Garuda, and Titan. Is there a way to get the other primal trials (Mainly Leviathin's) or do I have to make a new character for it?

how far are you in the story?
Continue the main story. You can't miss it.
If you havent run into King Moogle yet, you have a ways to go, and can definitely do being Twin Adder
basically will show up in the series after you deal with the Garleans, so if you havent done Praetorium yet, keep going, you'll get there.
Yeah.. primal unlocks have naught to do with Grand Company chosen. It's purely on story progress.
I fought King Moogle yesterday. Just thought ti'd be before him since the other primal are already receiving hard modes --then I realized Leviathan only has a hard mode.-- Thank you
Yeah, after the first three, all ARR and some Heavensward primal fights are Hard mode by default. After Heavensward, they drop the Hard part, since there's no "easy" mode to compare it to anyway.
Which Grand Company you chose makes no difference. There is never a need to make a new character ever. You just didn't unlock the other primals yet. Some of them are blue sidequests.
The only ARR primal that isn't required by the main story is Odin in his instanced fight at Urth's Fount, and he's not part of the Trial Roulette, being closer to an Extreme fight (but not listed with the Extreme fights in the Duty Finder list). Ifrit, Garuda, and Titan are treated as sidequests when they're first unlocked, but they are required eventually before the main story will proceed.
use this guide find which quest your on and it'll show you all main story quests coming up and what dungeon/primal/emote/achievement they unlock
