Email the store support. They were pretty helpful the last time I had to contact them. The forums support won't be able to help, they don't run the store.Sorry was at work. I haven't used the code yet. I wanted to pay for it right away before using the code. But my bank declined it like a dork. xD And I could not find out if SE would just try payment again when it was closer to release. So I figured I would cancel and re-order. As of now, I still haven't received confirmation it's been cancelled. Weird...
