Got the standard "have you tried to turn it off and on" reply for my second attempt at contacting support.

Now that this is over with, perhaps I can get them to get to the "actually look into the problem" phase for my third contact attempt.

You should say that to them, have you tried turning the servers off and on again?

I did the same thing by trying to login to a different world on the character selection page and it's still down for me too. Hopefully they fix this soon :(

Update after pestering them once more: "We are currently investigating in order to confirm whether our servers are currently experiencing technical difficulties."
