Overall he seems to really enjoy the game and that's great.
Only problem is... Of course the community following him everywhere. Good thing he's able to deal with that.

This game has the highest concentration of players who are uncomfortable with this and that topic, that I have ever seen. It's what makes it so unwelcoming to anyone who is actually trying to get to know people. Anything that isn't game related or "what a tough day at work" or "this what I'm eating right now" is met with your response. Go talk about it somewhere else, make a linkshell, etc. It leads to the community being divided into small cliques, solo free companies and players having to walk on eggshells when talking to anyone. If people are uncomfortable with the topic in public, you're free to take it to private. Keep that in mind. Just because people aren't children doesn't mean they're comfortable with that discussion. Make a linkshell for that purpose if you feel the need to have a group to talk to about it.
So basicly all this talk about having greatest community is in reality a society, where everybody speaks only about how good the game is and nice weather. If no one is allowed to express any topic that divides opinions this sounds really.. Really bad to me. But makes sense how People have behaved it is like you sayThis game has the highest concentration of players who are uncomfortable with this and that topic, that I have ever seen. Its annoying for people who play on the server. I really hope the Devs make some sort of statement of people following him around. Its ridiculous. At one point it took me 30 minutes just to get back to my server after checking other server MB prices.
FFS let the man play the game and quit congesting our server if all you are going to do is follow him around.
Excuse me? People in the "FF community" don't necessarily follow the Great Twitch Idol, nor is His presence announced in the Square Enix notes on the Launcher or when you first log in. The only people who would find him would be those who are looking for him, and that's generally going to be the gazillion Twitch followers.Just watched some of the highlights. Would say I'm surprised but I'm not. So many people grouping around him ruining the gaming experience. The man has a patience of a saint.
I just hope this didn't spoil his enjoyment and quit cause of people in the FF community had to ruin it.
Do not blame the "FF community".
FFXIV players can play both FFXIV & WoW.
They can follow Asmon on social media even if they don't play WoW.
They could have heard that Asmon was coming to FFXIV from FFXIV content creators.
Are those not a part of the FFXIV community?
The behavior displayed last night was mostly caused by FFXIV players with max-level characters. Whether you like it or not, these players are a part of the FFXIV community. Bad actions speak louder than good ones.
I'm going to blame the "not toxic" community, it's a voval minority here and on reddit that is giving everyone a bad rep.Excuse me? Such as this person: https://imgur.com/a/eRQSzvG and there been reports many people been rallying over discord to make it a living hell for Asmongold.
It wasn't his fanbase running around with Ultimate titles and spaming holy and griefing, it was already playing FF14 players.
I get that you don't like it but don't act like our player base isn't toxic cause we are, and not as welcomed to wow players as you might think. But I guess when you have a agenda that don't matter.

This.
Wait I'm confused, how can people play both games but his fans can't have ultimate titles and savage mounts?
You can, but I think it's pretty safe to say that the odds of people being in his chat wanting him NOT to play the game and having Ultimate and savage mounts is pretty slim, but not impossible.
Not really a conspiracy when you had people literally saying this ingame and on social media.
