Well, there is only one thing to say: Git Gud[Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete][Duty Complete]
I'm getting sick of seeing it everywhere.
How am I supposed to clear these things when no one will help me finish them in the first place? On the rare occasion that I find a party that doesn't pull this crap, they kick me out after two attempts because "YOU DIDN'T FINISH THE FIGHT!?"
Please don't tell me to set [Practice]. 8 people throwing themselves miserably at a fight and breaking up after 10 minutes doesn't help anything.
Squeenix needs to do something about this instead of making me wait until two expansions later to actually finish the content.
jUsT UsE pArtY fINdEr!!! I can hear the mouth breathers screaming in unison…
I’d seriously like to see duty finder groups become a thing, I think if they added a bit more robust sorting features for ex trials/savage it could be done.
That's actually incorrect the content is actually designed to be pluggable. Its also why they keep making the tiers easier. To be eveeeen more accessible.
It's just westerners are lazy and full of self entitlement and expect to be carried.
But over in the east. They literally pug the hell out of everything with amazingly high success rates. Ifnim correct think there's even been successful pugs for ultimate over there.
Personally the biggest wall against such content for me is getting the static sorted. My community all work at different times and many have no set shifts at all. Organising between 8 people is very hard. I would love more 4man difficult content, it would be much much easier to sort a group out.
Japan clears a lot through pugs ways.
A friend pugged his way in Ultimate, but he's a madlad.
I've also cleared a lot of content through pugs. Second tier of Omega was through pugs and I pugged my way in E12SP1.
I've also did some reclears with pugs.
Got to admit I prefer picking a group with 7 other consistent players. If they can help me getting better, that's a very nice bonus.
Post this to scare any XIV player that has a pulse.

Yeah, I'm gonna set that stuff to hidden.
I find it extraordinarily creepy that people look into year old logs just to win a forum argument. Stalker behavior, yo.
anyways join a practice or clear pf.
Regardless of what TC's "track record" is, they're not wrong.
The gap between MSQ instances, or even extremes, and savage is really wide. The game has a severe lack of content bridging that difficulty. It would make even 24+ people raids a lot less frustrating if the game tried a little harder to condition players into being less of dead weight or be able to feel comfortable with harder content.
