Oh, I did.. not intentionally.. but they were standing in multiple AOE & our tank needed heals so DPS had drawn the short straw lol
I feel like if I had used Rescue on them, I'd get yelled at for "slowing them down" ..this person seemed like they wanted a speed run and to not cooperate with anyone in the party. They did take one dirt nap, I didn't do that intentionally though lol. I'm sure they understood that stupid decisions come at a cost.Swiftcast + Raise does count as adapting, doesn't it? c:
I'm not part of the "you eat extra, you die" crowd but if someone comes in with that kind of attitude, I might feel inclined to speed things up with a well-times Rescue or at the very least ignore them after a bit and let them take a little nap on the floor. I'm not in the mood for trolls who think they're so funny with their "HEALER ADJUST LOL HAHA".
Lmao, the old me would have! I just wasn't in the mood for a back and forth argument with someone who's clearly looking for trouble.. I just wanted to get out of there
I report such people and if its a low level dungeon and they whine u can just leave them dead on the floor and carry on without them. At least then they have a reason to complain for no heals..
I had a tank forget his tank stance, I let him do the first pull and waited a little after before I reminded him. Instantly he was a toxic jerk calling me a kid etc.. like dude im just reminding you because you forgot. Simple as that. Reported him and carried on.
Like many, I too have experienced the same things that have happened to you.
You can not please everyone, if someone demands stuff or does something like staying in orange zones, let them die. The first time I let a player die, I felt bad, but the sweet, sweet joy of letting them die will change you.
Just do your best, if they don't like it, then they can leave the group or kick you out.
oh you are so right xd =)Like many, I too have experienced the same things that have happened to you.

No, you can have wisdom without intelligence. It's intelligence you don't acquire with age. This ^
In the end, the OP quitted being a healer because they couldn't be liked by everybody. I can't possibly view being told to heal when it's completely unnecessary as harassment. Some people don't know how to play and they are eager to show that. That's how I see it.
That's an illusion.
YMMV
