    Job Framework: Beastmaster

So as we know beastmaster have been introduced as a NPC job in Bozja. I think the job has much potential as a regular job and Wanted to share a brief description of how I think they could be implemented as a player job.

    Beastmaster
Tamers and trainers of beasts that have mastered the art of calling upon beasts to aid them in combat. While also formidable fighters in their own right which excel in physical prowess with a whip and axe in hand.

    Weaponry
Similar to PLD the BST has a unique offhand item that can be mixed and matched with their primary weapon. On the right hand the BST wields a whip, and on the left offhand they wield an axe.

    Role: Physical Range
The BST in this iteration would be our next physical range DPS. Similar to RDM they would have a frontline and range rotation.

    Mechanics
The BST fighting style is similar to a mixture of GNB/RDM/SMN.
1.) They first start off using a four hit range combo.
2.) Between each strike they execute a beast call such as a flock of colibri striking the enemy.
3.) These beast call combos would build a gauge that would allow you to call a legendary beast such as Dawson to fight alongside you for a short duration which would provide you a strong melee buff prompting you to go into melee range to fight alongside your legendary beast and executing a powerful attack before returning to the backlines and the legendary beast departing.

BST is likely going to be the next limited job.

The BSTs in bozja use a 1 handed axe and shield so that will likely be their weapon and given that it has a shield it will also likely be a tank (Using pets to dps/heal).

We're not going to get BST as a real job guys.

It should be a limited job, but it should also interact with the companion system.
BST should be able to tame enemies, and call them within instances, but any job can call them outside of instances just like you can with your chocobo.
That way it's adding something to your overall experience of the game, and isn't strictly isolated to its own content like BLU.

That makes no more sense than to say that Summoners could never have been a real job because they have to acquire summons...

There's a lot more to it than that.
    For starters:
They can barely work out how to make SMN's pets work, they're not likely to want to open up that can of worms AGAIN with another job. SMN's pets have now lost HP and hit potential.
They've limited SMN to just three Egi's, because balancing multiple sub-jobs in this game isn't possible. So unless BST only has one or two pets....
They've already suggested Beast Tamer and Puppetmaster as potential limited jobs.

Plus 'summons' have been acquired in a number of ways throughout the series. BST, like BLU is iconic for taming it's own pets.

we should just make all jobs limited and endwalkers unplayable. We can only take crafting to 90 until 6.2. Problem solved.
