Next to the guy who ranks you up and takes delivery of items for seals (inside your gc), is another person who you can exchange seals for armor and more. Talk to that guy, in the materials tab of the first rank is venture tokens .

• The Order of the Twin Adder: Serpent Quartermaster - New Gridania (x9,y11)
• The Maelstrom: Storm Quartermaster - Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (x13,y12)

They're 200 a piece, so if you used every seal at a cap of 80k you'd get 400 tokens. Also there are some other neat items there, some are even for relic weapons so it's worth a browse .

I would like this change as well. Especially since we're getting new Jobs with each Expansion as well. 4000 would be nice for a new cap.

Retainer tokens are also buyable by hunting seals. And retainer tokens are also capped. At 65k.
