I figured out why I stopped being a Healer. It was the harassment.

Its probably happened to me at some point but I don't really remember since it was so long ago. The content I do I'm more likely to get harassed for not dealing enough damage.

This is probably a sprout issue really because once you become established as a healer all the people complaining and harassing you about needing heals are honestly just funny. As long as they're not outright name calling I usually just ignore it.

If they say something extra ignorant maybe I reply with a pre-typed macro.

People are never satisfied, you have some that complain that your not doing enough dps, you got some who complains you never heal= my solution= Ignore and I do balance of dps and heals when necessary

Most of the time people are polite/helpful so it hasn't been enough to put me off. Yet.

Most of the time people are polite/helpful so it hasn't been enough to put me off. Yet.

LoL I would just let their dumb ass die.....this is why I HATE healing 50-70's. You can always tell the difference with a quickly leveled healer from a grizzled savage healer. They don't screw around.

I'm not part of the "you eat extra, you die" crowd but if someone comes in with that kind of attitude, I might feel inclined to speed things up with a well-times Rescue or at the very least ignore them after a bit and let them take a little nap on the floor. I'm not in the mood for trolls who think they're so funny with their "HEALER ADJUST LOL HAHA".

maybe because im playing on Light in Europe but i wonder. i didnt have such experience in my years of playing. i had only toxicity when playing as tank but i cant remember when it was last time. but true is im not choosing SCH for duty finder D: if anything take some break from healing and try it after a while. most of people arent toxic, if they are, just leave them. penalty is worthy in those situations.

I've played for years on JP and NA, I've literally only seen this happen once (and it was on JP at that).
I don't think the problem is area specific, but individual specific.

Ohohoo idk why but tank calling me out of something I can tolerate but dps doing it nope, you call the tank out to pull aggro better off you or not sprint ahead of the tank and healer to pull more. or stop eating avoidable oranges

that is why i did these 2 machinist in matoya relic. I kindly ask them on behalf on tank please stop doing that, let tank pull they still did it after first boss which frustrate tank and me ofc so i didnt heal nore did the tank pull. they wanted to say tank gonna be report of grief but am loke go ahead i record it and ill show gm and they both left. So technically red tanks cant complain on healer or tank on griefing.
