Could just start locking the accounts of people that get caught in a ground axis level they're not supposed to be on. Under the ground? Locked. If you encountered a bug, you can ticket and have it unlocked. Bots won't bother.

That UI though.

First off, to OP, I believe you. Absolutely have seen bots do this kinda thing.
The GM might not have checked heavily since they can have it investigated after your talk, but there is also a chance that your pc was rendering that character incorrectly.
Again, I’m inclined to believe you. Just saying I have seen my wife in a weird spot before getting rubber banded to a correct location, while also being able to see her in the correct spot on her screen. Weird shenanigans happen!
Think there's a task force in the XIV team that focuses on bots and similar issues. GMs don't really do much about it. They just hand the reports to that task force and label it "completed" for their end.
I know this ones been going for a long time so it’s not just me seeing a bug. And I don’t even know what a moltres thread even is. I just posted here because I was told I can leave my feedback and issue here.![]()
The bot he's looking at is of a sort that's been present on several servers lately.First off, to OP, I believe you. Absolutely have seen bots do this kinda thing.

What it does it that it's loaded up with gil, then it constantly teleports back and forth between the marketboard and the postmoogle, purchasing/mailing treasure maps to a party of bots that spams them for gil and marketable items.
If you can't target them normally, using /icam over by the postmoogle will cause it to lock onto them fairly quickly, which at least allows one to clarify whether or not any shenanigans are going on.

I know the one he's looking at. It's been active for a REALLY long time, and if you look it up on lodestone, you'll see a bunch on different servers all the same super low level, with the exact same appearance, in an fc with all the exact same icons, doing it.The bot he's looking at is of a sort that's been present on several servers lately.

And people wonder why I meme how useless the STF is. It took me literally a minute, with only systems a player is given, to find multiple characters to, at minimum, investigate. An investigation that, because they stuff themselves under the ground and teleport, would take at MOST possible, 5 1/2 minutes to completely see everything. And there it is, months later, doing whatever it wants, and we'll just pretend it's not there.
They're prolific forum trolls. They're also easy go-to's when people feel like a thread is bait or so silly/ridiculous it has to be a troll at work.I was told I could bring my issue here, and it might get seen. That's why my account for here's saying my thing started today, because I didn't even know I had to make a special account for this.
I'm not even sure what some of these comments are even meant to mean. I don't know what a titanman or mpk are. Are you talking about the first person who responded? I'm sorry if this isn't where I should go if I have a concern.

If you are genuine, then there are far better ways to make your point than to come in accusing a GM of deliberately lying because they did something that might be an error, or investigating it may not be something they can do (and they won't or can't tell you that directly).
Turn down the rage and hyperbole, show your screenshots, explain your situation. Act calmly and you'll be taken far more seriously.
Was the GM even visibly there talking to you or was this all via PM?
I don't see where the GM is lying to you. Did the GM have a character avatar standing right next to your character that you didn't include in your screenshot? If they didn't, then they weren't lying because they would not be able to "see" the character underground.
I do sense the GM getting frustrated with you from the small part of the conversation shown, though. Bot, terrain hacks, etc. are generally outside of GM authority to enforce and pressing them on it wastes their time (and yours). It's up to the Special Task Force to handle these situations and they don't talk to players, nor do they take immediately action against accounts.
Next time, just fill out a Report Cheating ticket with what information you have (character name/world, location, when and a description of what you witnessed) then move on. Don't bug the GMs demanding answers for things outside of their authority.
