How do you stick to your main job?

If i were to choose my main right now, i can't choose one so it's 3 jobs : GNB, DRK and WAR since i wanted to tank during shb. I think having more than 1 main in the same role is very practical if you like to play savage/extreme and keeps things little more fresh. I even play PLD sometimes.

I've actively played all the tanks during ShB, but I like to stick to one at a time UNTIL I get the tank mount achievements, then it's onto the next one. I am fairly close to my DRK battle panther, then I'll kill Garuda 300 times and switch to PLD, until I get that mount. It'd be cool if they add some new tank mount achievements in EW. I'd LOVE if they'd do some healer mount achievements.
