

Abstracting this out a bit, it's often a case where you do something in system X which influences system Y in a way that the devs never intended, and because system Y is behaving aberrantly it's now causing system Z to do something weird which is in turn causing lag to appear in system A which is slowing down system B and now the player is moving slowly and nobody has any idea why they are due to the complexity of everything involved when all they did was something like place a flowepot.
