It's only a character creation feature like ear shape, ear size, hair, muscle tone/ear size, etc. It's a player option, one which would not change the design of male Viera as its represented in the art or any promotional media. Female Viera covers the height slot between female Elezen and female Highlander very well; I want male Viera to cover the height slot between male Elezen and male Highlander.

Square enix should recognize that division that existed about about male Viera from the beginning.
