Why are you so afraid of getting banned to the point you won't talk at all? I think the way ToS is being enforced in-game is a little bit exaggerated.

I’d just rather not deal with it tbh. There’s a lot of problematic people in the game and i’d rather not take the chance of saying something and them taking it the wrong way and turning it on me. Already had that happen once and i’d really rather not go through that again.

Just because someone reports you doesn't mean that the GM is going to penalize you. I couldn't care less if someone's inflated ego got offended.
When you have people deliberately ruining your fun and gameplay, it's in your right to call them out and even kick them if they won't start playing.
