We can never wear 2 augumented same type ring thus we either use another with same Ilvl with stats we do not even want or use same type with slight lower ilvl

Actually, we can. Just not all of them. See the augmented tomestone rings on lv50, 60 and 70

Also, them removing belts by the next expansion is to make additional spaces for Weapon and Ring slots. Indeed, two rings is by no means annoying for our limited space. The solution was to either remove one of the ring and distribute the stats evenly across the rest of slots, or to make additional space. Now that they're set to do the latter, to get rid the 2nd ring seems counterintuitive at that point. But I'd welcome free spaces anytime.

As for bracelets, I wish we can pick where to put them on: left or right arm.
