When the community at large is not able (or perhaps is refusing) to do that, those contents will get nerfed either via the echo or some other means.

I think this is something that often gets misread or clouded over by overuse of certain "buzz words". But there's a big difference between a lesser skilled but actually trying player. And blatant laziness or the you don't pay my sub mentality type player.

The problem with carrying arises essentially when players don't even try to play at even a basicly competent level and just expects everyone else to carry them.

Again there's a big difference between carrying someone who's actually trying. And carrying someone who isn't.
