Suggestion - Owner's should have the ability to kick players.
I know we can lock doors, but if someone manages to sneak past we should be able to boot a player from our house.

Agreed. It should be possible to blacklist individual players from houses and FC estates.
What are you hiding in there?
No one can sneak past a locked door other than a player you have intentionally made your tenant. If you object to them being in your house, remove them from your tenant list.
If anyone else gets in, it's because you enabled guest access. Disable it.
I can't think of any game I've played where an owner could remove a player from a house once inside, though blacklisting to prevent entry was possible. It would be nice if we could do that here but considering the weird way the Friend list and blacklist work, I don't know if it's possible.
Set it to private
I like and dislike this.
I like it because some chaotic people really DO need to be booted.
I dislike this because it becomes toxic in itself with elitism mentalities and discourages the neighborhood feel Yoshi P is so adamant about keeping even moreso than how desolate housing wards are. Speaking as someone who's seen communities from IMVU to free to play chinese cash shop games (that is to say, a lot) it's a good idea that people abuse all the same.
It could sometimes be helpful to kick player out of the house.
To make it private does not help when the player is already in the house.
One thing you can do is to go afk with everyone else.
Do nothing for a while and he will become bored and leave.
Or invite him in a group and start any duty with him. If he accepts then he will appear outside after the duty.
