I can't get gold even with Deep Martialist/ maxed DPS valor/Inner Release/tank stance-boosted Tomahawk spam despite being the first one to arrive, assuming the FATEs are at minimum scaling and there are several players around.

I believe Skirmishes are tuned both to your aggro and damage contribution not simply the former. I've been able to get mostly gold if I immediately spam Inner Chaos or IR even with Storm's Eye up. Could also be Valor ranks are causing a problem since we likely have several rank 8-10 players who are scaled much higher.

I have gotten mostly golds as it appears others have in this thread but by no means is it a guarantee. You feel it should be a guarantee of you arrive early and to tons of damage, in my view if I do not get gold it is on me. I should have gotten their earlier and or contributed more.

Though if people want to put the blame on the fates that also works.

If this is really impacting your mental health asking someone else to stop and expecting them to stop is not the best course of action in my opinion. You are just giving them more ammo. Just take a step back and leave your own thread for your own mental health.

I feel like there is a problem if one cannot always get gold even if you're actively abusing the fact that FATE/skirmish credit is based on enmity generation by spamming high enmity moves on a tank with as much DPS boosts as possible.

I've tested it and you need to work just as hard to get full credit from a FATE with minimum scaling as you would for one with maximum scaling so it's literally impossible to get gold if there's too many people at a low scaling FATE.
