There should be other ways to obtain the Field notes.

I sure hope the Japanese players are complaining about this too, maybe the dev team will actually listen to them. I really wish there was a way to make Yoshi P, or any of the devs involved in this content, sit here for as many hours as we have, forced to watch the players fail, fail, and fail again to get these then stomach the angry/disappointed things being said. Some people get them instantly, others of us are here 2 weeks later trying, and will be here a month later trying.

This is not fun content. Whatever happened to that quote of Yoshi saying something along the lines of "if it isn't fun we aren't doing our job right" or whatever it was. This dev team keeps getting further and further away from reasonable expectations of the player base as it grows and time goes on. We need multiple layers of RNG on top of RNG to keep the player base engaged and subscribed eh?

You would think they learned their lessons with previous terrible experiences like this in the past, but I guess its just too much to ask for. Keep making the same mistakes, but its OK according to the white knights here cause we have 5 months till Endwalker. Like those 5 months couldn't be spent doing anything else.


EDIT and for the record, I complained about this same exact issue back in October before there was ever a mount reward attached to these notes.

I have no idea if they are talking about this or not. Did try to look earlier out of curiosity with a japanese auto translate on my browser but couldn't come up with anything. I'd like to know their take on this though.

i respect the people who finished it or got the mount, we know we heard lot about "just do duel" by you, but with all people with their parents want the same note its almost difficult to get into, plus the fate pop like every 2hr even none at all, cant duel if it ain't pop.
mad respect the people who got it but uses it outside on gangos so they dont stress the people who hasn't got em, also dont bring the mount on the skirmish location please, you just make more people lose their sanity with how you rubbing on their face

There actually r some, well, lets call it suggestion in the JP forum but not this many like in here. I really doubt if the dev will listen to those voice. U know if they ever listened there probably wont be this erueka 2.0 whole thing again.
