    It's just a red/blue icon with a + symbol. When you scroll over it it says Fire/Water Resistance Down.

    But I think the design of not just this icon but other icons would benifit from a redesign. Especially for contoller/PS4/PS5 players. To more quickly see things like, "oh that has down arrows so something is being lowered" or "that has up arrows so something is being raised."
