Feedback: Delete old content that no one does anymore to make room for new content

are they can just spend another 10k upgrading there server, and with player base x 14 month x mog station x ppl needing retainers they can do that at anytime rather easily lol, if you go look up server cost, a "decent one" is like 3k which can be used to run/create private servers and stuff alike... so honestly They don't need to delete anything they just have to keep upgrading their servers when we reach x amount of stuff...

You... You realize that "server" in this instance isn't one piece of hardware right? They have multiple racks stacked with servers for each datacenter. You have never actually dealt with true server situations have you?

I deal with servers on a daily basis. Its my job. Our orders for a single 44 server zone are upwards of a million or 2 dollars. Its not "cheap" and certainly not "lol$3000"

Given the "character profiles" people have posted showing they have all their crafter/gatherers levelled, I'd say it's someone running bots and burning through all the accounts' forum privileges.

They don't have to do QA on it and by deleting it, it gives them more memory to make new content.

They don't do QA on it. Nor do they on any other old content unless a glaring bug occurs.

Because there are are no efforts taken in maintaining old content, any development time used even to delete it would be more than is currently used in leaving it as is.

Moreover, memory does not work that way.

There is a lot of older content that no one does anymore, like guildhests or combat levequests.

That's simply not true. Both are done frequently by new players or players leveling new jobs.

Har har very funny. It won't be so funny when it starts snowing and you're going around on the streets yelling that it's still fall when the leaves already fell off completely.

Winter is based on a solstice, not on the leaves or snowfall. It can also snow in fall or in spring without shifting the seasons..

Yeah I wasn't tipped off to this one enough to check their profile because they weren't a white mage LVL 80 buut...

Here is my feedback to Square Enix: There is less new content each patch in Shadowbringers compared to Stormblood. We got only one dungeon per patch, two Bozja zones and no deep dungeon or new limited job.

Castrum Cactus Litore is a 5.35 raid dungeon
Dalriada is a 5.5 raid dungeon
