That's how it is over here with the casuals. If you're not an echo chamber, they will call you a troll or MPK or all sorts of things instead of actually discussing the point you mentioned. Because they don't want things to change to where you actually have to play the game.So much harassment in this thread. I would like to remind you that such harassment can easily lead to a ban. My friend who invited me to the forums mentioned how one of his harassers was rightfully banned. Notice the medals. https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...38#post5565938
It does not hurt you in any way to be kinder to new players. Coincidentally I've heard from my friends many other harassers have been banned from eons past.
The relic weapons don't even deserve to be called that or even have a story behind them anymore. What makes them so special and powerful if you can easily obtain them? Just give people shiny weapons without wasting resources and be done with it. Since they don't care if it's special or not.
And here we have an exhibit of a casual who thinks they have found a smart comeback! But smart one, it was not!
Here's another exhibit of another casual who thinks they have found a smart comeback. I never said they're not grindy enough. I said they're easy to obtain. Can you spot the difference? Here's a hint: Grind doesn't increase difficulty.
You really should read carefully before you post next time.

Just give people shiny weapons without wasting resources and be done with it. Since they don't care if it's special or not.So is it too grindy or not grindy enough?
Seems you just want to post negative comments, even if they contradict. That seems kinda trollish to me.
Bozja isnt maybe grind enough. but that means, more people actually finish this relic weapon and get one, not like in Eureka, where myself wasnt yet able to get the final weapon. so no. youre wrong. and to this. meeeeh i dont know.So much harassment in this thread. Damn, they’re blowing their cover so fast in less than 3 pages. No fun :’(
Fun aside...good for you who think it’s not grindy enough. I’m happy they have made it THIS easyTy sooo much SE for easing up our troubles <3
Except the relic weapons were always designed to be the easier, grindy alternative to the weapon options that require more skill than time (Primal/Tomestone/Raid weapons).
Making it so easy that you can put one together in a week kinda defeats the point of that.
Honestly hoping they go back to the ARR/HW system for Endwalker, and release the relic steps way earlier to compensate for it being more of a grind.
What am I reading
People who are threatening to get people banned are those who are frustrated at the fact that nobody is gonna get banned if they report them. So they use this as their last desperate resort to get people to treat them with the respect they do not deserve.
Do eureka next, i give up on the second mob to farm
