Depends on what the queues would be , I'd probably continue leveling them up while I level up my Reaper and Sage.

All my jobs were 80 before they reduced the XP needed.
I explicitly levelled 4 jobs to 80 running a trust a day for awhile!
All my peeps are still level 75. And likely staying there forever.
It hurts my soul to run a dungeon with the trusts - it's a good 10 minutes slower per run than even the ones that show up in the Tales from Duty Finder thread. I mean ... WHY?!?!

I leveled them all to 80. I run Trusts for the MSQ - I get a more Final Fantasy offline MMO feel and I enjoy that with the story instead of 3 other random people. To each their own.
When I went back to level the other jobs up to 80, I ran the dungeons with the Trusts to not only level myself but them too. Once one got to 80, I switched them out with another Trust. It was a little tedious but considering I was able to take the gear drops from those dungeons and either level my desynth skill or turn them in for GC seals, it worked out nicely.

Doing them here and there if I need a time waster, but really I only want to experience flavour dialogue with Estinien interacting with others. I'm only up to level 75 with them, but I'm starting to wonder if it's worth my sanity at this point. ( '-')
I don't use them for first dungeon runs, and I don't even level jobs through trusts since I prefer to level jobs with actual players in instances. It also takes an infuriatingly long time. Buuuuuut I'm half-way there, I guess I should finish it just to be done.
Heck no. I just don't have the tolerance to run something six times in a row especially if I'm not a fan of that particular instance. While I do like a lot of ShB's dungeons there's one or two I could do without. I'd be much more inclined to use the feature if all it took was to run each dungeon once in sequence. I don't particularly care about the achievement and the title isn't attractive enough to chase on its own merits.
When I pushed everything to 80 it was MSQ roulette, Pixies, a touch of Bozja, and Leveling roulette for all DPS classes except BLM.

I definitely value them, especially as a first run, for the character interactions and the ability to stop and appreciate the dungeon scenery if I want. I don't enjoy having to level them before I can get back to replaying a dungeon of my choosing, though.
I've been chipping at it over time when I feel like it, but most of them are only up to Dohn Mheg.
Also I wish runs could be quicker (even if you got no EXP as a trade-off) just so I could try out all the different combinations of characters without it being such a chore.
I levelled all of them to 80. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, especially after they buffed the XP gains for them. It helps that I decided to level every job to 80 and Levelling trusts was a great reprieve of endless roulettes.

I levelled them all at launch, before they made the leveling easy. I got a few jobs to 80 in the process.
It was really not as bad as people say, especially at launch.
When I did leveling dungeons with other players I had to wait in the queue, and then because people did not know the dungeons it sometimes was longer than doing them with trust.
Nowadays, dungeon runs in roulette are probably more straightforward, and there are better ways to level up with Bozja.
So I am a bit glad I did this at launch.
Now I am looking forward to seeing people complain about having to level them all the way from 70 to 100 in a few years because there will be a mount as a reward for it. Just like people complaining about the 5.35 field notes rarity now that there is a mount associated to it![]()

This is mostly my big complaint with the system. There should just not be a leveling mechanic at all to the trusts. I mean, sure, have some kind of glamour achievement like “bring member through dungeons a, b and c 5x each to unlock glamour z for that character” (assuming they make a variety of glamours for trusts...)I definitely value them, especially as a first run, for the character interactions and the ability to stop and appreciate the dungeon scenery if I want. I don't enjoy having to level them before I can get back to replaying a dungeon of my choosing, though.

The trust members don’t add enough meaningful variety to story to justify me leveling more than what I need to rerun the current dungeons.
Also @Iscah: I don’t know why I didn’t remember about being able to use old members on reruns; edited my earlier comment! Thanks!

I love the trust system for leveling those classes I am horrible at and don't wish to inflict on other people in DF, or classes I'm not super comfortable with (tanks and heals), and since I wanted that amaro mount, by the time I leveled everything, all the trust npcs were 80. If I am not feeling sociable, or not wanting to wait in dps queue, I will use trust to run something. Great for glam runs too, I don't feel like they are that much slower than a DF, and not having to wait for a queue or having to rush through a dungeon can be super nice. I'm looking forward to it for Endwalker personally.
