Deco thread

Yes, I know housingsnap already exists — I want to see and share deco stuff with the forum community! Apartments, fc rooms, houses are all welcome. One-floors, three-floors. There's only one rule: please don't salt. We're here to show off our deco skills and houses, maybe even ask for some tips, not argue about how to fix housing.

Tbh same, the kitchen is one of the most important rooms in the house for my family and I. My irl apartment's kitchen is awful, so I just make the kitchens I want in video games lol.

Can I have the address for that kitchen one?
I want to see real thing and take some inspiration since i am re-decorating my house

Both of the builds with the kitchens have been torn down but I could probably whip up a model kitchen in a short amount of time and just stick it in an apartment — which one do you want to see?

They're both actually quite easy to make. For the Ishgardian one, what matters most is the lowered ceiling (mine have floated beds in them to stop camera clipping) because it's what facilitates the cabinets which are floated Bread Racks, and the hanging lights over the table are floated manor candelabras with the candle bit totally hidden: the Eorzean Lantern is then aligned to the wide bottom of the manor candelabra because the size is roughly the same. Other than that, the counters are just hingan sideboards flipped around and the antique stove on the left is from this guide.

My personal has a clinic on Mateus, LB, ward 17, p51 that has a personal living area with a kitchen upstairs but it isn't anything special. Our FC is at Shiro ward 21 p43 though if you want to take a look. The FC house is a bit sparse upstairs; haven't really decided what to do with it yet but the open FC rooms are all different styles of yurts if you're into that.

yes it is a small house.
i fear, i can not explain how to do it, but the used items are as follow:
Riviera Chair (3), door rivets
Glade Wardrobe (3), doorframe
Cask Rack (2), wooden door
Towel Hanger (1), door handle
Staggered Shelf (1), door handle

but i am more proud about the window *shrug*

This was my FC room back when I was on Tonberry. Unfortunately my Captain's Cabin no longer exists, but I still have many photos (and tried to parse this collection down to only the clearest ones).

It has a little sitting area near the door where I entertained many guests with wine and Triple Triad, a study just behind, and a partitioned off personal room.
Sometimes the room felt a little plain, but I was at the item cap so not much I could do there lol.
I like trying to give my rooms a unique shape, I hope you enjoy it.
