Don't see the purpose of this when Balance exists, what is the difference? Balance does theory crafting on every job and shares extreme strategies in raids.

Don't really care about this discord either way tbh but I'll say one thing! Even if it was just another Balance, I think competition would be a good thing, and would rather avoid discouraging people from trying to build up a competitor site/community.

Hey thank you! I just want to say and correct the record, the goal isn't to compete with The Balance. Our goal is to help people have fun and learn FFXIV in a relaxed, supportive and non judgmental environment. That's it, it is a safe space for players to come and share the passion we all have. But thank you for your kind words! I just don't want there to be any hint of a rivalry, we can both exist, and Balance does their job REALLY good.

What makes is different? And our strength? Is we are a lot more casual minded, as in its less theorycrafting and end game top tier raiding and more everything else (Even though we do have sections dedicated to top tier and end game raiding)

People are on edge probably because of the drama earlier in the week, and I had no idea it happened before making my discord, this is not a case of "Big Bad Scary Balance" this is a case of players wanting to offer a more casual minded alternative safe space.
