General job changes I would like to see; all jobs have their full toolkit by the time the hit level 50(example: 2 XHB on controller = fulltool kit with toggles on a partially filled 3rd XHB), and all levels past 50 get traits sprinkled in that gradually changes the playstyle based on the level cap of each of the expansions endgame levels ranging from reducing cooldown timers increasing effect duration timers, reducing resource costs, and potency boosts...

What I know we are going to get; more abilities getting axed because the devs don't want to modernize actions to be more useable to make room for the "shiny new 80-90 leveling" skills thus making the stat squish pointless...
