You can get 40 Million mettle in under 1 hour easy. Just do a duel, or stand and wait close to someone who is doing a duel and knows what they are doing and you'll get a 2x mettle buff. Stick to upper Zadnor for 560k per fate, and 1-1.2 million per CE when they pop up. Mettle Bonus does not affect Dalriada, in fact Dalriada is super inneficient way of farming Mettle unless it's super echo. In the time it takes to clear a regular Dalriada you could have probably farmed more from FATEs and CEs outside.

That’s going to amount to many, many hours in Zadnor. (Of course, I’ve already seen people with at least one of their stats at 10 stacks as well as people with the Gunhildr’s Blade title, and it hasn’t even been a week yet, so I guess it’s not *that* bad, but still...)
I'm going for it, but I do like a full timed session every night, and if I'm off that day I'll push for more. It still doesn't seem to bad to me becuase I can divide my time up in sessions. (I haven't seen anyone with anymore then 5 or 6 on one buff and those at 10 definitely no lifing the content atm, they will probably get burnt out.)

I've seen a few people with 6 or 7. One of the people who had 6 said they needed 4 proofs to get the next buff.

I'm about to get my 7th damage honor (4), and I've been slacking. AFK half the time since patch.

Yea I just now got my 3rd Fortitude and also had 3rd Honor. I'll probably aim for one set of proof a day. Don't want to burn myself out.

Since I got my 3rd Fortitude, I can definitively say that each stack gives about 4.5% HP. Meaning at 10 stacks, Casters and Healers will have about 102.7k HP, Range DPS and Melee will have about 113.6k HP and Tanks will have about 163.5k HP. Which matches up with having about 500 item level.
