Its not related to the MSQ, its basically just a quest to give you a token that can be traded in for an accesory or a glamour piece - back when it was released it was meant as a "casual" way to get high level accessories, specially a second ring with an ilvl of 270 (highste ilvl in HW). They look pretty nice aswell, I'm still using them in some of my glamours!

I wish there was a way to uncomplete that quest so I had a shot at seeing her without making an alt...
