    And I have to agree, Balmung isn't the most aesthetically pleasing name. It's conjuring up some potty humor around the forums. So, I finally did a bit of research:

    • In FFX, Balmung is one of Tidus's swords.
    • In FFXI, Balmung is a Fafnir drop.
    • In FFT, Balmung is the 2nd best Fell Sword.
    • In Dissidia 012 Balmung is a lvl 90 sword.
    Sounds a bit more epic now.
