This thread should have ended with this perfect response but here we are.People who just run content when it's released don't care about the time and energy the developers put into the rewards from the Savage fights. For example look at people still using Day 1 strats in party finder! Players would rather race to completion than enjoy the time they're paying to enjoy the game!
Either that or just add in a turn-in for normal mode raids to get dyeable armor, like the Omicron set.
Players like me care about looking good, and it's hard to do that when things such as dyeable armor is gated behind such difficult content, and we'd rather spend our time enjoying what the developers do elsewhere.
I do appreciate the glamour dresser, however with it's limited capacity I think it doesn't go far enough.
Real #Gamers only run Min Ilvl raids

It's to protect the content from people like yourself.

I thought this was already the case for both mounts and BLU spells? The content should be accessible, which is already by default, but not the rewards. Rewards should be accessible if you put in the effort and clear the content.
How about Removing the rewards from unsynced content!? At least you can learn the fight! Or make it like BLU spell learning. A heavily reduced drop rate unless you do it synced.

As far as I know no, only for blue mage spells. Technically no in both, but perspectively yes to blue lol. Since the low drop rate is the original drop rate and blue sync is the buff they added due to feedback.
As it should be though. The point you can unsync content is the point it is no longer relevant (to balance). Let people get the glamour (mounts are effectively glamour lol), and enjoy the story / related content (specifically speaking of non-ultimate content). Although I would all be for increasing the drop rate for anyone who does min ilvl sync, besides rate you could have it just straight up roll an extra reward / chance (instead of say one chest there may be two).

You can't have a thriving MMO if you can't encourage casual players to cut through the ever growing old content to get to the new stuff. That's why old stuff gets nerfed. That's why the Echo system is in place. That's why we get mog tomestones every now and then to trade for content that's too much of a hassle to set up now. So very very few people care about being the "best" at completing the content and many are content enough to wait till it gets easier to get rewards expert players already got expansions ago.
Unsynching old content is probably one of the best things they've done for player retention.

Also the drop rates on orchestrion scrolls are lower if you do it unsynched.
In that case it makes sense that those aren't super overly farmable.
Though oddly enough I don't think the boss drops from ARR trials are reduced if you run unsynched.
Imagine caring about old content from 2-3-4 years ago that nobody wants to run anymore. Only less than 10% of the player base does Savage.
