    Master Mogzin triple triad NPC


    Any ideas why NPC won't spawn for me? I meet requirement to play against him but he is NOT here even though the challenge icon is here.


    EDIT: there is another quest chain that starts with "Who was that Masked Man" and it must be completed till "Eternity, Loyalty, Honesty" that will max rank "Vanu, Vath, Moogles" to bloodsworm rank 9.

    He's only there during a certain time.
    I think it's 8 or 9pm to 3am.
    Looking at your in game clock you're simply not there during his window.

    Also, you might wanna repair your gear lol.

    They removed the time windows ages ago. All NPCs are now playable at any time.

    Have you gotten to rank 8 with the moogles to unlock him in the first place? That's still required.

    I was talking specifically about the old time windows. It used to be that some NPCs were only playable at certain times (e.g. Mogzin could only be played from 9pm-3am game time.) That part has long since been removed.
