Considering that the Tam-Tara (Hard) unlock quest makes a large plot point of Paiyo Reiyo asking after Liavinne, learning that she died in the raid, and visiting her grave to find it dug up - yes, I think we noticed Liavinne.

The story is there if you're watching for it. I don't think it needed to get even more focus.
