Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the devs split workloads. So the folks who are working on races/clothes etc aren't the same as those who are working on dungeons? If that's true then honestly the thing that might have slipped through the crack is the other races getting their hats and hairs, which is unfortunate, and I should have the right to say that without people screeching. I'm very happy for mViera but the hats/hair should have been fixed, at least a hotfix for mHrothgar not to fork out a fantasia every time they have to change their hair.

Or, I'm literally agreeing? Man, I'm not even blindly defending this and saying that some things were indeed lost, and yet that's still not good enough. Yes, the content was cut out. Do I think it's the cause for the loss of an ultimate? Probably not, then again I'm not a dev. What I can clearly see is that we got Male Viera when the female equiv is still incomplete, which is weird.
