A Lalafell might eat some candy.
A Roegadyn might eat a piece of fish.
A Viera might eat a carrot.
A Hrothgar might eat a raw animal carcass dripping blood.
And so on and so forth.

We already have this with the /victory emote for MCH - they do a finger gun gesture (or at least, female miqo'te does this - I'd be surprised if other races had something different). Either way it is already in the game in a way.

We really need a /sigh emote. We had one in XI, and while /facepalm has it uses (looking at you BRDS) sometimes you just need a sigh and /dissappointed is too much to type.

I want to see the likely impossible emotes that require two people to do. Couples waltzing like they have in The Grand Cosmos dungeon and The acrobatic emotes that the npcs are doing in the Fete events where a strong character lifts another in a hand stand!

More dances of any kind of course.
