That's what I'm expecting to be honest, or Zenos will merge with Zodiark just like he did with Shinryu. He's got some experience there.

I'm personally leaning towards the "you-know-what" being Anima and the one that's responsible for all the tower shenanigans, since it seems a touch early for Zenos to be getting his hands on Zodiark.

Emet-Sech was featured with the Scions and WoL on the ShB but never became a "good guy". It could be just showing him as a major character for the expansion. Again I could be wrong though.
