[Petition] Add an official NPC to represent Soken in game.

He already has had a npc in game - back during the Rising in 2015 which featured the Developer's Room the 'Eighteenth Floor' it featured npc avatars of the main development team including Soken - his npc in Ul'dah was writing notes if I remember right, and his counterpart in the Developer's Room was fittingly seated at a piano.

The Eighteenth Floor definetely needs to come back, that was the best Rising event ever.

That was my favorite Rising event ever. I loved way back when two of them talking about red and blue and everyone losing their mind about red mage and blue mage, and now we have both.
