If they manage to release Endwalker without so as much as any explanation on Viera and Hrothgar then I'll have pretty much no regret at all for having swapped back months ago.

I'd like to imagine a small explanation can happen in two years. Though I hope "imagine" doesn't end up being the right term.

At this point, unless we hear anything in the LL tomorrow, I think we can expect disappointment regarding the missing genders and any updates for the races in general.

They're pretty much talking the versions of Endwalker you'll be able to order now. Sooo yep.

I was really hoping they would at least say something. Even if it’s as simple as ‘we are working on it’. But I guess the elephant in the room will continue to exist until who knows when.

Ofcourse they will skip this stuff. They rather need to talk another 30min how amazing the CE is, how many variants there is and all the other amazing merch that needs to be bought.
The expansion looks juicy story-wise and even exploration looks good. But overall, there is nothing new, nothing game changing. They even scraped the idea of diadem/eureka/bozja for good.

They never said they would, did they? I thought they only gave anything really resembling a promise about Viera hair.
